Solstice Offering: Comfort and Joy
Every year we create an end-of-year holiday gift for our newslist members. This year it was inspired by the horrors inflicted by Hamas on Israel and by Israel on Gaza, Comfort and Joy is a model for offering up the pleasure and enjoyment of our dance for the benefit of all those suffering misfortune, war, strife, poverty, plague and crime. Anyone may use this visualization and practice any time to dedicate their joy to the benefit of others, sending out good health, good fortune, happiness, and fulfillment across the world.
